Pace

+ Kewell’s pace and acceleration are outrageous. He blows past fullbacks without even needing a skill move. On counters he’s always the first outlet and his off-ball runs are perfect for quick breakaways. (9.8/10)

Shooting

- His shooting is decent but nothing special. He’ll finish the obvious chances, but you shouldn’t rely on him for long shots or difficult angles. Solid, not clinical. (7.6/10)

Passing

- Kewell’s passes are pretty weak. His through balls can hit, but his crosses and switches feel loose and inconsistent. Not someone you want playmaking with. (7.3/10)

Dribbling

+ Kewell feels incredibly smooth (probably one of the smoothest in the game) and light on the joy stick,super agile, rapid dribbling, and can change direction instantly. He breaks ankles for fun and glides through tight spaces. (9.8/10)

Physicality

- He doesn’t hold up well in physical battles. Defenders can push him off the ball pretty easily, and he isn’t winning many shoulder-to-shoulder duels. (7.5/10)

Weakfoot

- The 3* WF really limits him. Finesses and power shots on his weak foot are sloppy, unreliable and often off-target. You pretty much have to force everything onto his strong foot. (6.5/10)

Stamina

- He can’t go the full 90 at a high tempo. After around the 65th minute he starts to get tired. so you’ll need a sub ready. (7.5/10)

Skill Moves

- Only having 3* skills caps his offensive creativity. His dribbling is elite, but you lose access to a lot of meta skill moves that would normally elevate a winger of his pace and agility. (7.4/10)

Overall Rating: 7.9/10

Final Verdict

Kewell is a very pacey and smooth left winger but that’s about it he has too many cons and I don’t recommend putting him on your team and sharding him.
