Welcome to FC Mobile Card Creator (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is important to us.   • Photos & Camera: Used exclusively so you can select or take photos to use as custom player images or backgrounds for your card designs.
  • Storage: Used to save your generated card designs (PNG/AAB) directly to your device’s local gallery and to save your custom card presets.
  • Note on Image Processing: Image processing (such as AI background removal and image cropping) is performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your personal photos to our servers.

2.2 Personal Information

We may collect limited personal information if you interact with our cloud features:

  • Create or sign in using Firebase Authentication (email, Google, or other methods).
  • Contact us for support or submit feedback.
  • Examples include your email address, display name, and profile photo (if shared via Google Sign-In).

2.3 Non-Personal Information

We automatically collect non-personal data to improve app performance and stability, such as:

  • Device type and operating system.
  • App version and usage time.
  • Crash reports and error logs.
  • Anonymous analytics via Firebase Analytics.

2.4 Advertising Data

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), which may collect identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) to show personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of ad personalization through your device’s system settings.

Your card presets and downloaded assets are securely stored locally on your device. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our App uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Firebase Analytics & Authentication (Google LLC)
  • Google Mobile Ads / AdMob (Google LLC)

6. Cookies and Tracking

We do not directly use cookies within the native app experience. However, third-party SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Firebase) may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to improve their services and serve ads.

7. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary for app functionality or as required by law. Local app data (saved cards) remains on your device until you delete the app or clear the app’s cache. You can request the deletion of your cloud account and data anytime (see Section 10).

8. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
