Olise feels quick on the ball initially. His acceleration is decent, giving him a short burst of speed - His top speed lets him stride forward in longer runs. BUT relying on his pace for counters in the current OVR & PS Gameplay is insufficient - Fullbacks can catch up to him quite easily.

Pretty much his main strength - His body type in gameplay makes him extremely responsive & smooth in joystick dribbling - His turns are quick, thanks to his extraordinary ball control & agility. Olise is equipped with 5* skill moves, enhancing versatility. BUT they are heavy, have minimal stun & also slow Olise down. This makes him vulnerable in 1v1 situations.

Inside the box he can finish goals, his finesse is decent. BUT due to the old skill points, shooting is not his cup of tea - He can score, when in a comfortable position.

Game reading and movement into threatening attacking positions is decent. He makes certain helpful runs - For a thru ball or to provide a pass. BUT Due to his M/M work rate, he drifts & sometimes stays in the midfield, without engaging.

Another major positive aspect of this "Wide-Midfielder" Olise. His short passes are on point and he provides thru balls consistently. Suitable for crossing as well. He helps in supporting the attack, delivering the ball to the right place.

He can hold the ball in tight spaces with his dribbling (ball control & agility). His balance with the ball is solid. BUT when bodied, he is pushed off the ball easily

Final Verdict
Olise is a fun card to use. His main highlight is the pure dribbling with the responsive joystick. Further aspects like pin point passing, his decent pace & shooting solidify his usage. However there are cons worth noting, his stamina and physical strength do let him down. All in all, as a free card, don't expect to blow your mind - just enjoy his joystick dribbling Usable for a newcomer. Not for meta squads.
