His pace feels good for a CM. He covers ground well in transitions and can carry the ball forward without feeling sluggish. He won't outrun elite defenders, but he's quick enough to keep attacks flowing.

This is easily his biggest strength. His short passing is crisp, long balls are pinpoint, and his vision makes creating chances feel effortless. Tiki Taka Level 1 also helps him keep the ball moving smoothly in tight spaces.

Final Verdict
Fabián Ruiz is a dependable CM with excellent passing and solid all round contributions. He won't dominate games on his own, but he'll quietly keep your midfield running smoothly. His only real drawback is the low stamina, so don't expect him to be everywhere for the full 90 minutes. Overall, a good and reliable option, just not among the very best meta CMs. Not a recommended exchange.
